Shipping policy

Deliveries

We aim to send all orders the same or next working day. Orders placed on a Friday after 1pm will be sent on the following Monday. If you have an order that needs sending within a certain timeframe, please contact us and we will try to meet your requirements. 

We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries; standard shipping uses their Tracked 48 service. Once we have dispatched your order you will receive a tracking number from us. There is also the option to choose Royal Mail Special Delivery, which guarantees next day delivery, once the item has been sent by Silver Bubble.

Jewellery is packaged in a Silver Bubble branded recyclable box. If you prefer, you can have your order shipped to a different address - perfect for sending gifts! 

 

UK Shipping

All orders in the UK are dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Special Delivery. Orders over £45 are eligible for free delivery and will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

Royal Mail Tracked 48, regardless of the number of items ordered is £3.50 with FREE delivery on orders over £45. This service aims to deliver in 2-3 working days, including Saturdays and with the tracking you can follow your item's journey from posting to delivery.

Special Delivery is £7.25 and guarantees delivery the next day before 1pm once your order has been shipped by Silver Bubble (same day, or next working day if order received after 1pm). A tracking number is provided and a signature will be required.

International Shipping outside the UK

International Standard have a shipping charge of £7.00. The items are not tracked and do not require a signature upon delivery. The goods are therefore not insured and once shipped are no longer the responsibility of Silver Bubble.

If you would like to have your items insured and tracked, please select the International Signed & Tracked shipping option which has a shipping charge of £9.50. This means that your order will be either tracked or require a signature or both, depending on the country destination.

Please be aware, the recipient may then have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee in the receiving country before they can claim the parcel. These charges will depend on the country the order is sent to and charged at the time of delivery.

Europe should take up to 5 working days for delivery and orders outside Europe have a delivery aim of 5-7 working days.
