Frequently Asked Questions
Your jewellery will be sent to you from Silver Bubble in the UK.
We aim to send all orders on the same day they are placed or on the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm may be sent the following day, and those placed after 2pm on a Friday could be sent on the following Monday. If you have an order that needs sending within a certain timeframe, please contact us and we will try our best to meet your requirements.

All orders for the UK are dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery and both require a signature upon delivery.
Orders over £45 are eligible for free delivery and will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

We ask that you return your items via Royal Mail First Class Mail and remember to request a 'proof of posting' receipt for your records.
Silver Bubble will process all refunds once the jewellery has been received by us, normally within 48 hours and definitely well within the legal maximum of 14 days.

It's no problem to return the item/s in question for an exchange or refund.
Yes, all our jewellery is individually wrapped in tissue paper and boxed in a Silver Bubble branded recyclable box, an image of one our boxes can be found on our shipping page.
You can have your order shipped to a different address - perfect for sending presents hassle free!
Unfortunately, we can sometimes end up in spam or junk folders ☹. If you have not received an order confirmation email from us after placing your order please check your spam/junk. Please add info@silverbubble.co.uk to your contacts to avoid this happening in the future. Also keep an eye out for our shipment emails which are sent the day your order is shipped. If you still can't find an email from us please get in touch and we will happily resend it to you.
