From top of silver teardrop to bottom is 43mm, widest point across is 30mm. Stone is 20mm by 13mm at widest point.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 which takes 2-3 days to arrive or there is an option to send Special Delivery for next day delivery.
