Silver Bubble FAQs
Where is my order sent from?
Your jewellery will be sent to you from Silver Bubble in the UK.
All orders for the UK are dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery and both require a signature upon delivery.
Orders over £45 are eligible for free delivery and will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. For more information, please see our shipping page.
When is my order sent?
We aim to send all orders the same or next working day. Orders placed on a Friday after 1pm will be sent on the following Monday. Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery aims to deliver the package the next working day but can take longer in busy periods.
Special Delivery guarantees delivery the next working day.
What if the item I order does not fit me or the recipient it is for?
It's no problem to return the item/s in question for an exchange or full refund.
What is your returns and refund policy?
All returned stock must be sent back to us via First Class Mail, we recommend you obtain a 'proof of posting' receipt when sending. For more information please see our customer service page. Silver Bubble will process all refunds once the jewellery has been received by us, normally within 48 hours and definitely well within the legal maximum of 14 days.
How does my jewellery arrive, is it suitable for giving as a gift?
Yes, all our jewellery is individually wrapped in tissue paper and boxed in a Silver Bubble branded recyclable box, see the example below. If you prefer, you can have your order shipped to a different address - perfect for sending presents hassle free!
I haven’t received an order confirmation or shipment email.
Unfortunately, we can sometimes end up in spam or junk folders ☹. If you have not received an order confirmation email from us after placing your order please check your spam/junk. Please add [email protected] to your contacts to avoid this happening in the future. Also keep an eye out for our shipment emails which are sent the day your order is sent out by us. If you still can't find an email from us please get in touch and we will happily resend it to you.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We accept orders for delivery to most parts of the world. Posting charges are adjusted automatically when entering details of the delivery country at the checkout. There are options to have your order sent either untracked with international standard delivery or tracked/signed for via international tracked/signed delivery.
Will I have to pay tax for international orders?
The recipient may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee in the receiving country before they can claim the parcel. These charges will depend on the country the order is sent to and charged at the time of delivery. We suggest ensuring you get the lastest information directly from your delivery location to avoid any unwelcome surprises, as these can be subject to change.
How do I clean my silver jewellery?
By far our favourite method for keeping your silver jewellery clean is to wear it regularly! We love to hear that our pieces are being worn and loved daily, and sparkle brighter for it. However, take a look at our Cleaning Silver Jewellery page for all our tips.
Can you engrave or make an individual piece of jewellery specifically for me?
Unfortunately we do not offer an engraving service or make specific custom orders. Sorry!
