Delicate but bold, these charming and unusual silver earrings command admiration. Gold obisidian (rock occurring as a natural glass formed by the rapid cooling of viscous lava from volcanoes, wow!) shaped into elegant bud like acorns, suspended from silver, enhanced with a ball design. Gorgeous. Earring is 34mm from top of hook to bottom of Obsidian. Top ball is 6mm wide & Obsidian 'acorn' is 6mm long x 6mm wide at the top, widest point.
Guillermo originates from Spain and since childhood has been interested in design and nature. In Taxco he became interested in metalwork and studied for four years with metalsmiths at the Artes Pasticas School in order to sharpen his craftsmanship.
